Falstad Circuit Simulator

A free electronic circuit simulator right in your browser: current moves through the wires and voltage graphs are drawn next to it. Ready examples from Ohm's law to a CPU, and you can draw your own circuit with the mouse.

What it does

• Hundreds of ready circuits: resistors, diodes, transistors, a traffic light, a rectifier, a power supply
• Current and voltage are visible on the circuit and on the scopes
• Sliders change parameters and the circuit recalculates on the fly
• Draw your own circuit with the mouse, no sign-up and no install

How I do it

1. Open falstad.com/circuit
2. In the Circuits menu pick a section and a circuit, for example Sequential Logic and Traffic Light
3. Move the sliders on the right to change parameters
4. Want your own circuit: use Draw and add parts with the mouse
